Its been quite awhile since we last posted. We’ve been very busy starting in January with the SoCal Toy Dog Breeders and the Palm Springs Kennel Club shows. We had some success and came away with a major on Spirit (Amore` and Chaulait’s Spirit of the Rebel), and Diana (GCh Lorenc’s Crime of the Century) won a Best Opposite Sex and several Select awards, adding to her Bronze Grand Champion point total; and Lily (Amore’s Wish Upon A Star) was awarded a Reserve Winners Bitch (to a major). This year, we rented a house (along with several friends) in the lovely Palms Country Club (Indio, CA). The house worked out great and is much more comfortable than a hotel. We are renting the same residence for January 2017. One of the major pluses was that Gary volunteered to do all the cooking. He is a wonderful chef and we enjoyed some excellent meals – many thanks Gary. You up for next year???
The show scene has been a little slow since January, but the Spring season is about to get underway, with lots of upcoming shows in the SoCal area. Everyone is looking forward to the upcoming IGCA Western Regional Specialty being held in Ventura, CA, on June 30.
